Standard track width axle, maximum 45° wheel-cut (varies with application), compatible with air disc and air drum brakes. Features: "Power Rib" patented beam design, patented in-line drawkey kingpin retention with spring washer tensioning, patented kingpin compressible inserts, seals and threaded caps, tie rod end with sealed boot and patented purge valve, compatible with Spicer LMS hubs. Lubricant: Synthetic SAE 50PS-164 with Dana LMS hubs.

Features: unique Meritor Easy Steer bushing technology, kingpins with double draw keys and large diameter heat-treated design, steering arm with induction-hardened taper, optimized beam design. Twin tube design, 70mm body, 42mm Teflon coated piston, 18mm hard chromed piston rod, adjustable rebound, heat-resistant Viton seals.

Multi-leaf spring design with front and rear slipper-type leaf spring configuration, cast axle seats, cast rigid (1) and adjustable torque rods (2), pivot points use rubber bushings. Provides excellent roll stability and consistent pinion angle. Shock absorbers not required.
Same as 26K configuration but rated at 30,000 lbs. capacity.
Air spring suspension, 1-5/8" shock absorbers, air suspension dump valve and leveling valve, 26,000 lbs. capacity. Parallelogram design geometry, two (2) lower I-Beams with shock absorbers and axle alignment system; air springs close behind axle and cross-braced.
Single-point tandem suspension with air equalizing walking beam, parallelogram design with 60/40 load distribution between drive axle and non-drive self-steering tag axle. Manual lockout switch; auto-locks straight at forward speeds over 25 mph and in reverse. 46K capacity requires Dana S26-190 with drum brakes (reduced to 43K with disc).
Traction Assist Device (TAD): Transfers up to 4,000 lbs. of tag axle load to the drive axle. Automatic mode activates with ATC event below 5 mph. Manual mode via "Mud/Snow" switch (auto-disengages above 5 mph).
Min WB: 158". Max WB: Std Cab 25 ft sill – 194"; Std Cab 30 ft sill – 254"; Ex Cab 25 ft sill – 182"; Ex Cab 30 ft sill – 252". Tandem beam = 52" for this suspension.
Tire requirements to achieve 46K: Drive axle 12R22.5 or 315/80R22.5; tag tire 315/80R22.5.

Lightest weight vocational tandem suspension available. Solid rubber bolster springs and progressive load springs, center bushings eliminated, equalizing beam distributes load equally between both axles. Torque rods control lateral forces and wind up during acceleration and braking. Available in 40K, 46K, and 52K capacities.
Single point design with center bushing and compensator beam. Horizontal elastomer load springs and vertical overload springs. Torque rods control lateral forces. Available in 52K capacity.
