Full-depth "C" channel frame construction, crossmembers, sill lengths, standard and extended cab wheelbase dimensions, front bumper options, towing provisions, and frame accessories.

Straight full-depth, "C" shaped side member rails measuring 11" × 3.5" × .38" @ 21.5 lbs./ft, 120,000 psi min yield. Section Modulus (SM): 18.61 in³. Rated RBM: 2,233,200 in. lbs. minimum per rail from front axle to end of frame. Features:
- 25' length ladder type frame with 34" nominal width
- Fabricated and reinforced tubular cross members
- Fastened with torque prevailing SAE Grade 8 flanged head nuts and bolts
- No rivets in frame assembly
- No projections above top flange in identified CA/CT dimension
Recommended frame cross member spacing: 42"–48". Specify minimum "AF" frame requirements.
Inner reinforcement channel, 10.12" × 3.0" × .25" thick. Increases Section Modulus to 28.08 in³, RBM to 3,369,600 in. lbs., weight to 34.3 lbs./ft. Required for: combination of snowplow and 25+ cy high compaction rear loader; chassis with greater than 25 cy rear loader; front loader over 40 cy total capacity; low profile (long) front loader body with tip-to-dump operation. Available on 25 ft. and 30 ft. frame rails.

In lieu of 25' standard, for:

All wheelbases for single and tandem rear axles are in 6" increments. Measured from centerline front axle to centerline rear single axle and centerline of rear tandem. "AF" tolerance ±1" unless otherwise specified. Wheelbase options other than shown are not offered. Wheelbases shorter than shown require Engineering approval and additional charges to relocate air tanks and fuel tank.

3/16" thick steel; formed 14.75" tall channel with 3" flanges, full width of cab; struts with shear blocks from bumper to frame; 21.0" ground clearance. Bumper extends 4" forward of cab front skin and 72" from center of front axle. Cut-back version available for front loader arm clearance.
.25" thick aluminum; formed 14.75" tall × 94" wide channel with 3" flanges; struts with shear blocks; 21.0" ground clearance. Bumper extends 4" forward of cab front skin and 72" from center of front axle. Powder coat black finish.

.25" thick steel one-piece bumper; 12.13"H × 96"W; full width of cab; 16.56" forward of cab skin; struts from bumper to frame; 20.5" ground clearance. Front tow eyes below bumper with snowplow hitch. Wing sweeps rearward 11.87". Available with or without mud guards; center or full top decking options.

Specific clear frame requirements for body installation, inside or outside of frame rails. Not required if Special Battery Box & Fuel Tank options are specified.
One-piece swept-back bumper extended 16.56" forward of cab front skin, power up/down lift cylinder, electric control on dash. Includes hydraulic piping, valves, plow lights and directional turn lights. Does not include hydraulic pump, pump mountings, or plumbing to reservoirs. Cab tilt limited to 60° with snowplow hitch. Requires 20,000 lb. front axle and suspension.
Note: Pump requirements are 3–5 gpm flow, 400 psi down, 2,000 psi left/right, up and main pressure. Bumper is painted Black (N0001) at no charge. There is an up-charge for any color other than standard Gray or Black. Tow-eyes are included below the bumper with snow-plow hitch.
Control options available:
- 4-Way Controls (Up/Down/Left/Right), Pin Style Only — Optional: Left/right fitting connections are provided under front bumper, between plow hitch brackets. Customer to make connections to plow.
- 2-Way Controls (Up/Down), Pin Style or Socket Style — Optional: All controls & connections provided.
Notes: Tow eyes are included below frame and bumper with snow-plow hitch. Cut out in bumper provides greater hitch, and cab tilt angle for improved engine & FEPTO access. Optional components may be shown.
Formed 10 ga steel, black powder coat finish.
Added crossmember in front of engine; includes hydraulic pump mounting bracket and vibration dampeners.
