Single Stage, Single Color, Polyurethane Standard

PPG DELFLEET Evolution FDGH single stage high solids polyurethane, available in wide range of solid colors, high-gloss finish, withstands severe fleet operating conditions. Standard White and optional custom color codes are available. For custom color requests, contact your Battle Regional Sales Representative and provide the PPG or Sherwin Williams color code.

Single Stage, Single Color, Graffiti/Chemical Resistant Polyurethane Optional

PPG DELFLEET Evolution (FDXH) single stage high solids polyurethane, available in wide range of solid colors, hard high-gloss finish, provides resistance to graffiti and a wide range of fluids and chemicals. Standard White and optional custom color codes are available. For custom color requests, contact your Battle Regional Sales Representative and provide the PPG or Sherwin Williams color code.

Two Stage, Single Color, Polyurethane Optional

PPG DELFLEET Evolution FBCH two stage high solids polyurethane base coat, available in wide range of solid and metallic colors, high-gloss finish, ultimate durability and appearance. Standard White and optional custom color codes are available. For custom color requests, contact your Battle Regional Sales Representative and provide the PPG or Sherwin Williams color code.

PPG AUE-40 Clear Coat: PPG urethane clear coat, high gloss, superior durability and UV resistance.

PPG F3906 Clear Coat: PPG polyurethane clear coat, high gloss, developed specifically for the fleet market.

Single Stage, Chassis Black Urethane Enamel Standard

PPG HS-2K chassis black urethane enamel, single stage, only available in gloss black. Hard durable coating ideal for chassis and frame components.

Two Stage, Two-Color (Upper/Lower), Polyurethane Optional

Contact your Battle Regional Sales Representative to submit paint scheme with transition line details for approval. Offered with two stage paint (FBCH base/clear) only. Specify PPG or Sherwin Williams color codes.

Clear Coat Over Single Stage Paint Optional (Paint – Paint, Clear Coat)

Applies PPG DELFLEET Evolution clear coat over single stage polyurethane paint on cab only.

Cab Stripes Optional (Paint – Paint, Cab Stripes)

3M Print Wrap Film IJ175Cv3 vinyl material. Contact your Battle Regional Sales Representative to submit paint scheme with stripe dimension and location details for approval. Offered with two stage paint (base/clear) only. Specify PPG or Sherwin Williams color codes.

Note: Stripe/graphics are applied after clear coat.

Wheel colors other than Gray, White, or Black require "E-Coat" Gray primed wheels, repainted per color requested.

Steel Disc Wheel – Painted Solid Color Optional

Includes painting both sides of all wheels, all axles. Specify Sherwin Williams Color Number(s).

Steel Disc Wheel – 22.5" Accuride Standard

22.5" diameter, 10-bolt × 285.75 bolt circle, hub piloted, .437" thick disc, powder coat painted, 81 lbs., 8,000 lbs. at 120 psi load rating. Standard: Black powder coat. Optional: White or Gray powder coat. Width and offset varies depending on wheel position and tire size.

Aluminum Wheel – 22.5" Accuride Optional

22.5" diameter, 10-bolt × 285.75 bolt circle, hub piloted, 1.13" thick disc, extra polish finish. Wheel weight and load rating varies with wheel dimensions.

Aluminum Wheel – 22.5" Alcoa Optional

22.5" diameter, 10-bolt × 285.75 bolt circle, hub piloted, 1.13" thick disc, Level 1 finish. Wheel weight and load rating varies with wheel dimensions.

Wheel Nut Torque Indicator Optional (Tires / Wheels – Wheel Torque Indicators)

Provides visual indicator if lug nut has loosened during operation. Injection molded plastic, high visibility color.
