Customer Experience Manager - New York State

Work Location: The state of New York - Remote
- Proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring interactions meet dealer and customer needs.
- Manage on-site customer experiences, including, but not limited to, plant tours, demonstrations, presentations, and test drives.
- Act as primary sales and marketing liaison for communication and activities at the plant including but not limited to all events, customer tours, training, and truck tracking from order through delivery.
- Communicate production schedule to dealers on behalf of sales team.
- Support the development of sales-driven marketing material.
- Manage and analyze customer, vehicle, and service data within HubSpot.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school diploma with two years sales support experience required.
- Following established procedures, must have ability to prioritize several simultaneous projects.
- Must be able to work with people in all levels of the organization.
- Must keep current on new product development.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, including accurate data entry and spreadsheets.

This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
