The  Customer Success Manager will facilitate truck delivery plans from build start to customer delivery and coordinate essential activities as they relate to order to delivery and ongoing relationship management.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Track Build Start dates for trucks that have entered the manufacturing pipeline. 
  • Manage the activity pipeline within HubSpot 
  • Initiate the Pre-Delivery Dealer engagement utilizing the requirements gathering checklist for readiness 
  • Engage internal Battle Motors team members in support of the Customer Experience. 
  • Conduct the Pre-Delivery Customer Kick-off meeting to ensure readiness  
  • Confirm deliveries from Body Company to Dealerships and Dealerships to Customer 
  • Notify internal team members of readiness start (invitations, timing, etc.) 
  • Issue invitations to Dealerships and Customers for Customer Experience events 
  • Collect Customer Experience lessons learned and modify process / checklists if needed 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Education  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) 

Training Requirements

  • Must posses exceptional communication skills.  
  • Must have knowledge CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot 
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including accurate data entry and spreadsheets.  
  • Must possess accurate keyboard skills.  
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. 
  • Confidentiality a must. 
  • Strong organizational skills required. 

Job Knowledge Requirements

  • Following established procedures, must have ability to prioritize several simultaneous projects. 
  • Must be able to work with people in all levels of the organization. 
  • Must keep current on new product development & timing. 
  • Recognize the Quality Management System in place at Battle Motors and participate in the processes and procedures of the QMS. 

This position will adhere to the Battle Motors Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. This individual will work in a way that stresses the importance of preventing injury, accidents, or illnesses to themselves or co-workers by correcting or reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or occurrences to their Supervisor immediately.
