Parts Expediter


Responsible for maintaining & supporting the production line with parts and materials. Will work directly with production and warehouse/materials teams to ensure proper storage of parts, inventory levels, and stock levels of parts on the production line. Assist with other material handling functions and projects as required. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support  production assembly line in all aspects required.
  • Work  with production and materials team to ensure parts delivery to production  line.
  • Investigate BOM/inventory discrepancies.
  • Expedite parts to the line upon delivery to dock and whse/yard locations.
  • Maintain line stock inventory.
  • Deliver parts to the assembly line from outside locations via forklift operations.
  • Work  with materials and production teams on organization and continuous  improvements.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned


  • Minimum of high school/GED.

Training Requirements

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Must possess accurate keyboard skills & system knowledge.
  • Forklift license required
  • Strong organizational skills required. 

Job Knowledge Requirements

  • Following established procedures, must have ability to prioritize several simultaneous projects.
  • Must be able to work with people in all levels of the organization.
  • Recognize the Quality Management System in place at CCC and participate in the processes and procedures in the QMS.
